If you’ve always wanted to learn how to braid but didn’t know where to start, this beginner-friendly class is for you. Whether you’re hoping to braid your own hair or someone else’s, this hands-on course will give you the essential techniques to build your confidence and skills.
By the end of the session, you’ll have learned the 3 core braiding methods that form the foundation for most styles, with clear guidance every step of the way.

- Step 1 – Hair Prep, Equipment & Products
- Step 2 – Sectioning and Parting
- Step 3 – 3 Braiding methods: cornrows, box braids, twists
- Step 4 – Maintenance, aftercare, Removal
What You’ll Learn
Understanding the Hair, We’ll explore different hair textures, how to work with them, and how to prevent breakage while achieving neat, long-lasting results.
Hair Prep, Products & Equipment
You’ll learn how to prepare the hair properly, which tools to use, and which products help you get the best finish.
Sectioning & Parting
I’ll show you how to part and section the hair cleanly using the bricklaying technique, so your braids sit neatly from root to end.
